Review production schedules, specifications and orders; and coordinate planning to forecast staffing and overtime requirements, line per minutes, production capacity versus sales orders, using the knowledge of Master Production scheduling, inventory management of raw produce, finish goods, packaging material and bill of materials (BOM’s), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software.

 

Plan and establish sequence of operations and recommend system modifications to enhance planning effectiveness, using the knowledge of Master Production scheduling, inventory management of raw produce, finish goods, packaging material and bill of materials (BOM’s), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software.

 

Estimate production cost, cost saving methods and recommend Stock Keeping Units (SKU)production strategies using master production scheduling and Stock Keeping Units (SKU) consolidation/elimination opportunities, using the knowledge of Master Production scheduling, inventory management of raw produce, finish goods, packaging material and bill of materials (BOM’s), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software.

 

Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities and procedures to ensure that finished products are available for the warehouse to meet customer orders within proper time frames, using the knowledge of Master Production scheduling, inventory management of raw produce, finish goods, packaging material and bill of materials (BOM’s), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software.
